Construction and Technology
Design
Our outstandingly qualified design engineering team serves the demands of our customers in all cases. The design is made in the Auto-Cad system.
Considering the different complexity level of our products we can deliver the control of more complex equipment with PLC according to customers’ demand.
Construction
Our products are made from austenitic stainless steel with a surface roughness is prepared mechanically and/or electro polishing between the value of Ra0,4µm -1.6µm depending on the customer and application requirements.
Our products are made in explosion-proof and intrinsically safe execution which serves mainly the correspondence of electrical fittings, instruments, displays and electric engines based on ATEX regulations.
Manageability
It is an important aspect in the design of our products that our customers could easily operate them as well as accomplish certain procedures as assembling, dissembling and cleaning. This is especially true for systems requiring frequent product change and high maintenance.
Durability
It is a basic requirement for our products to meet operating demands at a continuously high level for a long period of time. Therefore as a part of the manufacturing process we carry out multiple tests to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products.
AApplied welding processes
– manual arc welding with coated electrode (method 111)
– Argon gas-shielded welding with tungsten electrode (AWI) (method 141)
The welded seams of our pressure appliance are checked by radiography and ultrasonography. The degree of goodness of the welds is v>0,85.
For our other products, which are non-pressure appliances, we check the welding with penetration tests,
Certifications and qualifications
Our appliances delivered to our customers operate mainly in fire and explosive spaces therefore we pay special attention to validation of the ATEX rules during design, the production and examinations, the implementation of safe solutions and their documentation.

According to the production specifications of pressure appliances our company takes part in the setup and installation of the particular equipment and the preparation of qualification documents.
Safety
We focus on correspondence with international standards, of which validation we pay special attention to in favour of the safe operation of our products. We apply standards when our planning of the products as well as when choosing materials and when testing the production plant, too.
Our products are made – without exception – in explosion-proof and intrinsically safe versions which mainly serve the compliance of electrical fittings, instruments, displays and electric engines with ATEX regulations.
Quality
Our products are made of corrosion and acid resistant steel in accordance with the highest material standards. Our production technology includes the arc welding process with coated electrode, argon gas shielded electrode, the tungsten electrode and consumable metal electrode. We strive to achieve the perfect material processing during manufacturing, goodness welds decree v>0.85.
Durability
We employ mature planning and manufacturing methods based on our 40-year production experience that ensure the long life expectancy of our products. In the event of possible failure our on-site maintenance team will start the analysis and the development for recommendations of the failure within 24 hours.

1. Pressure Equipments
The scope of our manufacturing activities includes the production of pressure equipments (e.g. autoclaves, fermenters) from stainless steel or acid-proof steel in different design. Our unique and custom equipments comply with the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), therefore our devices represent a higher level of development. With our professional knowledge we are capable of manufacturing intricate and more complex equipments which meet the most stringent industry standards and requirements.

2. Drying Equipments
The drying equipments belong to our product range of high priority. The mixing unit performs the drying in vacuum medium in a duplicate and insulated container. In addition, it is possible to develop more complex equipments supplemented with hot water as well as solvent recovery units.
The drying equipments can be made in different versions as box, tray and fluid dryers.

Agitator design: centre-lined agitator. The shaft seal is dry packing-gland with sliding collar.
At our drying equipments pliancy is an important aspect, e.g. a robust mixing device – through its special design – works without buckling close to the cloak, or a balance valve without dead-space carries out the full evacuation of dry material, therefore cleaning is an easy process.
3. Filtering Equipments
Filtering is one of the most diverse branches of the chemical industry processes. It requires a filtering device with different size, shape and solutions. We meet the chemical and pharmaceutical requirements with our filtering machines. According to their operation we distinguish simple pressure and vacuum filters.

4. Mixing Equipments
In addition to the pharmaceutical use our mixer equipments (e.g. autoclaves, fermenters) can also be found in the food industry . Our equipments make it possible to produce creams or pastes as part of the work processes of special food processing operations, and to print for their packaging.
We have developed our products in accordance with the strict requirements of the industry in the spirit of pliancy, cost effectiveness and long-term utilization.

5. Powder and Granule Processing Equipments
Dustless transportation and dosing of powders and granules means complex tasks for our customers. With the help of our products the controlled dust-free delivery and dosing of materials is feasible as well as the closed charging of reactors at specially designed versions.
Conveyer screws
One possible version of portioning powders and granules is using conveyer screws in short and long size which can be easily dismantled and cleaned very quickly.
Filling equipments
We offer several variations of transferring powders according to customer requirements.
The connection between containers and cones, tubes is made by rubber units which prevent dust to escape.
Storage equipments
Our products fulfill an important function of storing and blowing powders and granules.
The barrel devices and their fittings produced in very large scale and form serve these purposes.
6. Handling and Storing Medicine and Other Materials
We provide our customers with planning and implementing systems..
Our powder and granule containers satisfy the highest GMP requirements. It is an important aspect at the design of the containers to eliminate inside corners, finish the welts and electro-polish the inner surfaces.
Moving of containers can be realized with convertible cars in already operating systems. The dockable collapsible conveyor systems guarantee a safe delivery and they fulfil the highest cleaning requirements at the same time.

7. Multipurpose equipment
Our clients have special needs in exceptional cases such as equipment that are able to conduct joint operations as filter, mix and dry. These devices result in energy saving and cost efficient operations and increased productivity for our customers. Upon preliminary consultation it is possible to manufacture equipments with other supplementary units which fulfils the customers’ demand.
